Wayvz is developed by Orbital Creative Nexus. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: Wayvz is designed to work without collecting your personal data.

Location

Wayvz uses your device's location to show your position on the map and the water depth beneath your boat. This location data is used only on your device, in real time, to power the map display. We do not collect it, store it, transmit it to our servers, or share it with anyone. Your location never leaves your device.

You can grant or revoke location access at any time in your device's Settings. Wayvz requests location access only while the app is in use.

Water level data

To keep the map accurate, Wayvz retrieves the current surface elevation of Lake Powell from the public U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) water-data service. This is a one-way request for public data — the app downloads the lake level. It does not send us, or USGS, any information about you or your location.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect personal information. Wayvz does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection tools. We do not create user accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal details to use the app.

Children's privacy

Wayvz does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and revise the date above.
